A stunning combination of hand embroidered sequin lace applique and cascading ruffle flowers made from high quality soft bridal tulle in varying sizes. Each flower is crafted individually from scratch and sewn by hand to the skirt in a graduated effect from hem to waist. Hem lined with flexible faux-horsehair crinoline for structure and body. Crepe-back satin waistband with sequin applique finish is fastened at the left side with a hook & loop and snap button combination.
